According to IDC, in 2023, Salesforce market share in CRM reached 21.7% and the company gained more revenue than any other CRM vendor.

- IDC ranked Salesforce #1 in Sales for the 12th year, Customer Service for the 11th year, and in Marketing for the fifth year
